Please post the FIX when you hear back from Nik. I've sent customer support an email - hopefully this can get fixed soon. The sliders I mentioned in my OP still do not function normally. I've reinstalled a few more times without any change. I wonder if this is what happened on your missing #25. I could be missing things I'm not even realizing yet without going through all of the sliders and presets. I don't know if it actually is installing everything. Usually, when I do an installation, I can see the bar go all the way to the end. One thing I noticed on both of the re-installs was that during the processing of installing, the green bar would only get about 4/5ths of the way to the end and then flash real quickly that it had installed successfully. After the second re-install, it seemed to be working "ok". I had the same problem with SEP - uninstalled and re-installed twice. All the plug ins otherwise seem to be working. I have reinstalled it twice, to be sure there was no error. I am using Nik in conjunction with LR4, Windows 7. This means I am limited to the presets only, and cannot make any adjustments to strength or silver toning. The "Custom" preset (used to be #25) is missing entirely. In the Finishing Adjustments area, the Strength and Silver Toning sliders have no effect at all. However, in Silver Efex Pro I have encountered a problem. The new Analog Efex was present and accessible. I followed the link from my original confirmation email and downloaded the latest version of Nik Software and successfully installed it. Nik updated on its own yesterday and I ran into the missing.
